Steps and Benefits of Kundalini Mudra in Yoga

Kundalini Mudra is associated with the reproductive energy. People from all around the world are turning towards the ancient practice of yoga, in order to reap its numerous benefits. Various hand gestures (mudras) and poses (asanas) in Yoga can help improve different aspects of your health.

Steps:
  • Both the hands should be in the form of a loose first.
  • Form a first of the left hand and extend the index finger. Cover the index finger with right hand  fingers and place the right thumb on the top.
  • Hold this Mudra in front of the abdomen for 15 minutes. Three times a day.

Effect: This Mudra enhances the Kundalini force and the energy is released.

Benefits:
  • Erase in sexual tensions and anxieties.
  • Awakens the sexual force or energy within yourself.
  • Helps in achieving natural and healthy orgasm.
  • Brings a new set of regeneration and energy within yourself.

Time Duration: Do this Mudra three times a day for fifteen minutes.

Precautions: There are no precautions for the practice of Kundalini mudra.
