Varuna Mudra - How To Do Steps And Benefits

Almost 70% of the body is water. Varuna Mudra keeps the water balance in the body. It also helps balance the water element in the body, activating the salivary glands and moistening dry eyes and skin.

How to do the Varuna Mudra: Join the tip of the small finger with the tip of the thumb, and the remaining three fingers are held out gently, but not ridged.
There is no time limit on this mudra, you can do it anytime and anywhere, however, sitting cross-legged is usually preferable.

Effects: Varuna Mudra affects the water metabolism. It helps to rehydrate cells, tissues, muscles, skin, joints, cartilage etc. This Mudra is useful in overcoming disorders like loss of taste sense and dryness of mouth.
